BRC8004 is a decentralized protocol built on BNB Chain that provides:

• Agent identity registration via ERC-721 NFTs
• On-chain reputation and feedback systems
• Trustless agent discovery mechanisms
• Interoperability with ERC-8004 standard

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys
• Provide accurate information when registering agents
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities
• Not attempt to manipulate the reputation system

4. Blockchain Transactions

All transactions on the BRC8004 protocol are executed on the BNB Chain blockchain. These transactions are irreversible once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transaction details before confirmation. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from user error, network issues, or blockchain congestion.

5. Intellectual Property

The BRC8004 protocol is open source and released under CC0 (Public Domain). You may use, modify, and distribute the protocol code freely. However, the BRC8004 name, logo, and branding remain the property of the project maintainers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• The accuracy or reliability of agent information
• The behavior or quality of registered agents
• The security of third-party smart contracts

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRC8004 and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
